After you have registered your Terminal, it is included into some special terms catalogue with a unique number and a special registry key which helps RVS Server to identify your Terminal. That is why you can be sure that no-one is able to publish a request on your behalf and all other requests are published precisely from the corresponding Terminals. The matter is that when Terminal establishes connection with Server the latter checks the registration number and the registry key, and the request publication is possible only in case of successful identification on behalf of certain Terminal. Besides, each registered Terminal has its own properties directory where any kind if information relating to your company can be entered.

Some RVS Systems allow to publish requests from unregistered Terminals, with your requests being supplied with comments. But as at present the Registration procedure is absolutely free, there is no reason to avoid it. Besides, requests published from a registered Terminal are obviously most reliable. One should also remember that any request published from an unregistered Terminal could be easily deleted from any registered Terminal. Moreover, registered Terminals are priority-served by RVS Servers and in case of overloading RVS Server can deny an access to an unregistered Terminal. As the System develops, an access from unregistered Terminals will become more and more problematic and finally will be forbidden (it will depend on an amount of trash requests inevitably published from unregistered Terminals.

The registration procedure is fully automated. The only thing you will have to do is to inform RVS Operator of your current registration number and login, as well as of some additional information, such as: Name of User, Organization, Name of Terminal, relating comments and notes. When connecting to RVS Server next time, your Terminal will receive all necessary information automatically, and a message of successfully (or unsuccessfully) completed registration will appear.
