At an initial stage of RVS development - installation and registration are absolutely FREE. Moreover, all services relating to Terminal support are FREE (including Servers Support, Technical Support, transferring requests and other, both direct and circumstantial, services).

If you have access to Internet, the only kind of expenditure for you will prove to be payments to your Internet Provider (commonly $0.5-1.5$ per hour).Terminal needs connection with Internet just during on-line sessions with RVS Server to send and receive requests. One does not need to work on-line when operating Terminal itself. Also note, that the speed of transferring requests during a session with RVS Server is some hundreds ones a minute. If you still do not have an access to Internet, you should contact one of Internet providers, great many of them nowadays, (first connection is about $10.0-$30.0). And do not forget about a modem ($50.0 or more) that is necessary to connect your computer with your Internet Provider and, of course, a telephone line, which is used only during on-line session.

As Metal.Com.Ru TS is a commercial net, the means spent on its developing, putting into operation and technical supporting should be compensated.
